Engagement Party Outfit Details

I searched high and low for the perfect outfit for our engagement party. I had the most screenshots ever and my free time consisted of watching TikToks to find ideas. I finally found my outfit when scrolling on Oh Polly looking for a dress for my friend’s all white party.

The pearl set that everyone was obsessed with is from Oh Polly and it’s called Bordeaux Embellished Maxi Skirt and Embellished Sleeve Cowl Neck Crop Top. I purchased the set in Ivory to go with the bride-to-be theme, of course. For the top, I got a size US 4, UK 8 and the skirt is a size US 2, UK 6.

My set was the perfect find because a major theme of my wedding journey is pearls (one of the first gifts Victor ever gave me was beautiful pearl jewelry). I almost couldn’t buy the set because it wasn’t restocking in time and when I originally saw it, I didn’t decide quick enough and of course it sold out. It finally arrived and it was perfect.

The best part is, I can rewear the pieces separately and they’re timeless. For my pearl garter and dangling earrings, I was surprised to find these on Shein! The earrings were gorgeous and only $2, and the garter was $4.50. Lastly, my heels are from Ego Official and they were size 5 (very rare for boutiques to carry my size) and only $30. They’re called the No-Drama Barely There Square Toe Block Heel

For Victor’s outfit, he was lucky enough to be last minute. I have no idea how he does it, I stressed about my outfit for months before. He got majority of his outfit at SuitSupply in Scottsdale. The pants were the only thing they didn’t have in stock so he found them at Express.

His shirt is called the Black Buttonless Polo for $99, the jacket is no longer on the website but it was $649 and his loafers are called Light Brown Slip-Ons for $249.

If you’re looking for more outfit ideas, I’d recommend looking at Club L London, Oh Polly, Meshki, Revolve, & Lulus!
